By creating an event, uploading photos or ordering signs, you agree to these terms.
The service
SimchaSnap is free to use for a limited time during our launch. We may add paid options later and will say so clearly before you pay for anything.
Uploading photos
- Only upload photos you took or are allowed to share.
- No inappropriate, offensive or unlawful content. The host and SimchaSnap can remove any photo, and can remove events that break these rules.
- You keep the rights to your photos. You allow us to store them and show them to the people who have the event link, so the album works.
Hosts
Hosts are responsible for who they share the event link with, and for downloading the photos they want to keep. Inactive events are removed after a warning email, as explained on our Privacy page.
Printed signs
- Signs are printed on demand with your event’s names and QR code, and usually arrive in about 1 to 2 weeks.
- Please check your names and date before ordering. Because each sign is made just for you, refunds or reprints are given only for misprints or items damaged in shipping. Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
No warranty
We work hard to keep SimchaSnap running and your photos safe, but the service is provided as is, without guarantees. Please keep your own copy of photos that matter to you. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us.
